It was pretty funny that after the respiratory lecture yesterday, there were people in class who were saying, "Wow that was so intense; I feel like I need to go have a few drinks!" and other similar statements. And today, we lectured on GI and the liver. Nobody wanted to go for drinks after today, which I thought was pretty ironic. I'm convinced they structured the lectures like that to discourage drinking after the intense respiratory system lecture!
But overall, it was a good day. I didn't have an exam, which was a nice change. I took the opportunity to relax a bit and prepare for the other examinations. And catch up on sleep, haha! I seem to be short on that lately. Oh well.
