HIPAA Disclaimer

I mentioned this in my first post, but I want to put it up here where it is more prevalent and so it is posted, regardless which post is being read.

Patient privacy and confidentiality is of the utmost importance. I don't believe I will be sharing any specific stories from my clinical experiences, but if there is something about a specific case I would like to share, all patient identifiers will be removed and/or changed to protect the patient's identity. Also, please note that I will share nothing regarding my program's name or location, which is a further protective measure for any patients as well as myself.
